10-minute Middle-Eastern Paneer Kababs!


Looking for a quick, healthy and flavorful dinner? We have the perfect recipe to fix you up with a light, protein rich and super tasty meal which can be prepared in 10 minutes only!


  • 1 block of Paneer chopped into small cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of Baharat (NWS Middle-Eastern Spice Blend)
  • Salt to taste 
  • Olive Oil


  • In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with 1 teaspoon of Baharat and Olive Oil until every cube is well-coated, add salt if needed
  • Let it rest for 10-20 minutes
  • Once well marinated, cook the paneer on a pan with hot oil until there is a beautiful char 

Serve the Middle-Eastern Paneer with salad on the side. That’s it! Light and delicious dinner in 10 minutes!
