10-minute Middle-Eastern Paneer Kababs!

- 1 block of Paneer chopped into small cubes
- 1 teaspoon of Baharat (NWS Middle-Eastern Spice Blend)
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil
- In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with 1 teaspoon of Baharat and Olive Oil until every cube is well-coated, add salt if needed
- Let it rest for 10-20 minutes
- Once well marinated, cook the paneer on a pan with hot oil until there is a beautiful char
